A Technical Analysis indicator that resembles high risk buying or selling patterns.The indicator is the difference between two highs (called DeMax) or two subsequent lows in prices (called DeMin).The indicator value is calculated as the Moving Average of DeMax divided by sum of Moving Averages of DeMax and DeMin.On a scale of 0 to 1, anything above 0.7 indicates that prices will fall and below 0.3 indicate that prices will rise.This gives traders idea on buy or sell.
